Who I Am
I’m a senior consultant with more than two decades of experience helping organisations understand problems clearly and deliver practical, effective solutions. My work spans AI, digital tooling, workflow design, customer experience, and technology strategy.
I bring a structured, grounded approach: define what matters, build what works, evolve it as your needs grow.
What I Do Today
My primary focus is AI consulting and solution development, delivered through two complementary services:
- advocAIte — definition, scoping and direction
- BotBuilder — custom GPTs, chatbots, prompt pipelines and integrated AI workflows
This combination lets me support every stage of the AI lifecycle, from early exploration to stable, production-ready tools.
I also provide selective support in WordPress and digital integration, and continue to advise technology companies on GTM and customer experience when required.

Today it reflects a simple idea: help people see clearly (“you see”) what they need and how to get there, especially as AI becomes part of everyday work.
It’s a flexible, human-orientated approach that runs through everything I do.
