How the scoring works

The assessment produces two independent scores, each measuring a different aspect of AI adoption.

AI Opportunity Score

This score reflects the potential value AI could deliver based on factors such as process intensity, manual effort, decision complexity, and operational pressure.

AI Maturity Score

This score reflects how prepared the organisation is to adopt and sustain AI, considering process consistency, data accessibility, change discipline, and risk awareness.

These scores are calculated using a defined scoring model based solely on your responses. No external data, benchmarks, or assumptions are introduced.
